Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These terms govern your use of sbainnovation.in, operated by SBA Innovation Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. By using this website you accept these terms. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything on this page.
Use of the website
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload it.
- Do not scrape, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission.
- Do not submit false information or another person's details through our forms.
Enquiries are not an engagement
Submitting a form, requesting a Growth Audit, or speaking with us does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. An engagement begins only when a written scope and fee are agreed by both parties.
Intellectual property
All text, design, graphics, and marks on this website belong to SBA Innovation Pvt Ltd unless stated otherwise. Deliverables produced during a client engagement are assigned per that engagement's agreement; ownership of client accounts, data, and assets always remains with the client.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, and analytics providers. Policy changes, account reviews, algorithm updates, or platform outages can affect campaign performance and timelines. We manage these risks but cannot eliminate them.
Compliance responsibility
We build marketing to be compliant with RBI fair-practice principles and platform financial-products policies, and we flag risk when we see it. Final responsibility for regulatory compliance of your products, rates, disclosures, and approvals rests with you as the regulated entity.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from use of this website. Liability under a client engagement is capped as set out in that engagement's agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
